Cancellation + Rescheduling + Late Policy


Remembering and respecting the appointment time is your responsibility.

Please do not book unless you are committed as deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

As a small business, part of our success depends on a mutual respect of time. We require minimum 72 hours advance notice, excluding Sundays and holidays, to reschedule an appointment. Any appointments rescheduled without 72 hours advance notice will be subjected to a $50 cancellation fee plus a new deposit is require to rebook. PLEASE NOTE: If you reschedule for a 2nd time, you will loose your deposit and will have to re-book with a new deposit.

If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late will result in a deposit forfeit and cancellation of your appointment. You will also be required to rebook and pay a new deposit if you wish to continue with your procedure after arriving late or providing a short notice rescheduling.

We reserve the right to retain your deposit and apply an additional rebooking fee (value of missed appointment) for clients who fail to show up to their appointments, without 72 hours RESCHEDULING notification.
